Notice to ALL guests:

1. This property is privately owned and management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
2. Liberty Inn Motel will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
3. All guests have a right to view a room prior to check-in; therefore, there are absolutely NO refunds.
4. Excessive noise will not be tolerated.
5. "Quiet Hours" are considered 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
6. Liberty Inn reserves the right to terminate guest services if any guest causes problems, such as but not limited to noise violations, illegal activites, illegal substances, etc.
7. All visitors must sign in at the front desk before entering the property.
8. All guests are responsible for any damages to their room and any equipment contained within it, such as lamps, appliances, chairs, walls, etc.
9. Housekeepers must be allowed access to each room on a daily basis for inspection and trash removal.
10. Absolutely NO pets allowed.
